I requested Craig’s help because I felt overwhelmed by work. It seemed there would never be enough time, and I was running a fairly constant state of anxiety. I recently attended two zoom self hypnosis sessions from Craig. I had previously attended a similar zoom from a different hypnotherapist, and of the two, Craig’s is the one that I prefer. the healing work you did today, and the new neural pathways that you created, you are literally a different person than the person you woke up as this morning!

Remember the mind can’t tell the difference between what is real and what is imagined, what’s true and what’s false, it only knows what you practice and rehearse the most, so the more you listen to the recordings and practice these techniques, the stronger your neural pathways become for that new state of being (and pruning away unwanted neural pathways). Practice doesn’t make perfect, it makes permanent, it becomes your new subconscious programming.

What’s wonderful about these exercises is they will create the foundation on which you will build in the life you want. These exercises build and strengthen the neural-pathways for gratitude, patience, love, wonder, joy, happiness, feeling whole and connected, and these new ways of thinking and feeling create healthier mental and emotional habits which then inform the spiritual habits.

How much more productive you will be, how much more contentment and self-satisfaction you’ll feel on a daily basis, and how easily you will glide through your days, with a sense of calm and confident ease.

At some point – whether it’s tonight, tomorrow or sometime towards the end of the week – you’ll notice your conscious brain implementing the suggestions, ideas and visualizations from today’s session as if they’re second nature. A weight management program which included hypnosis was over 30 times more effective than a weight management program alone. The study evaluated patients for two years and found that the patients who received hypnosis continued to lose weight, while the control group experienced little additional change.
