I requested Craig’s help because I felt overwhelmed by work. It seemed there would never be enough time, and I was running a fairly constant state of anxiety. Also, the fun was draining out of my life. I had positive expectations of the hypnotherapy session, but I was amazed by how deep this went. I experienced a complete mental and emotional reset. Nothing has changed in my external circumstances, but within a couple of days I’ve recovered my confidence, optimism and natural joy in life. Looking back, I’m struck by the tremendous attention to detail Craig showed, and his no-effort-spared determination to achieve a result. I’m also impressed that he not only provided a profound treatment session but also gave me tools I can (and now do) use every day. This one session, with the daily tools, was transformative and I’m good to go. However, I will certainly return to Craig for more help when I need it. JON WARD
I recently attended two zoom self hypnosis sessions from Craig. I had previously attended a similar zoom from a different hypnotherapist, and of the two, Craig’s is the one that I prefer. When Craig says that he wants to help you, he is sincere about it. So much so that he actually took time out of his weekend to respond to my email! To say that I was impressed would be an understatement. I have found that he is very knowledgeable in the field of hypnosis and takes patient care seriously. Everyone needs support at some point in their life. If you are in need, give Craig a try. You will NOT be disappointed. RACHELLE RABOY
I highly recommend Craig! He is amazing and I can’t say enough positive things about him and the work he does. Craig is a knowledgeable, insightful, and kind professional. I have never met a therapist who is more passionate about wanting to help people meet their goals and better their lives.
I was fairly new to flagstaff hypnotherapy and wasn’t sure what to expect. Craig explained the hypnotherapy process to me until I felt completely comfortable about moving forward. I remained comfortable throughout the session. Craig has a keen sensitivity and he tailored the session so we worked on the exact issues I wanted to focus on. I plan to do more sessions with Craig. I trust him and his skills and judgment. If you are considering hypnotherapy, I highly recommend you contact Craig! AMY BOYLAN
MORE ABOUT FLAGSTAFF HYPNOSIS
the healing work you did today, and the new neural pathways that you created, you are literally a different person than the person you woke up as this morning!
Remember the mind can’t tell the difference between what is real and what is imagined, what’s true and what’s false, it only knows what you practice and rehearse the most, so the more you listen to the recordings and practice these techniques, the stronger your neural pathways become for that new state of being (and pruning away unwanted neural pathways). Practice doesn’t make perfect, it makes permanent, it becomes your new subconscious programming.
What’s wonderful about these exercises is they will create the foundation on which you will build in the life you want. These exercises build and strengthen the neural-pathways for gratitude, patience, love, wonder, joy, happiness, feeling whole and connected, and these new ways of thinking and feeling create healthier mental and emotional habits which then inform the spiritual habits.
And in your waking life, your conscious brain can apply all the healing suggestions, ideas and visualizations from this session to your everyday existence. How much more productive you will be, how much more contentment and self-satisfaction you’ll feel on a daily basis, and how easily you will glide through your days, with a sense of calm and confident ease.
At some point – whether it’s tonight, tomorrow or sometime towards the end of the week – you’ll notice your conscious brain implementing the suggestions, ideas and visualizations from today’s session as if they’re second nature. Many people are shocked to find how easily these healthy behaviors become a part of their everyday, conscious life.
RESEARCH FOR FLAGSTAFF HYPNOSIS
A weight management program which included hypnosis was over 30 times more effective than a weight management program alone. The study evaluated patients for two years and found that the patients who received hypnosis continued to lose weight, while the control group experienced little additional change.
The University of Washington School of Medicine reported a 90.6% success rate for smoking cessation for 6 months to 3 years after hypnosis.
Hypnosis was consistently shown to be more effective than standard medical care, supportive counseling, and childbirth education classes in reducing pain. Other benefits included better infant Apgar scores and shorter Stage 1 labor.

MORE INFORMATION ABOUT EFT / Tapping
Using your fingers to tap on points around the face, collar bone, wrists and hands to simulate the energy meridians of the body, the same meridians used in acupuncture.
There are many, many websites and Youtube videos about EFT if you want to go even deeper into this technique. The first two links below are to Mike Mandel who is a master of hypnotherapy, neuro linguistic programming (NLP), and EFT.
- Mike Mandel Video – How to Cure Fibromyalgia using EFT
5-minute video of Mike Mandel talking about how he used EFT to cure his own fibromyalgia
- Mike Mandel Podcast – deeper discussion on energy therapy and how it works
Podcast #93: How to use Energetic Therapy
he starts talking about it at 3:07
- EFT Tutorial PDF
I also attached an EFT Tutorial PDF of a chapter from a book I wrote some years ago about EFT and the science behind it. While it details the longer, more “original” version of EFT it’s best to use the version that feels most comfortable and healing to you.
- EFT Finger Tapping with Krista Hurley
- Acupressure Point for Pain – (2:30 minutes in)
In this short video Qigong master Lee Holden talks about activating the acupressure point for pain. We actually talked about it briefly when discussing EFT, the acupressure point by the thumb and index finger. While this short video is mostly about Qigong at about the 2:30 point he starts talking about the acupressure point for pain.
In this book, you’ll not only learn how to start tapping, you’ll also get the history and cutting-edge science behind it. Featuring step-by-step instructions, exercises, and diagrams, The Tapping Solution shows you how to tap on a variety of issues and identify practical applications including flagstaff hypnosis.
